BROADBAND AML transmitters and repeaters are offered in 3 power families:

Low to Mid Power Series -- The Low to Mid Power Transmitters and Repeaters have been designed for implementing single or multiple links of short to medium distance. Typical applications may include transporting signals across a river, a campus, or other obstacles at distances under 5 km. All products in this category have VHF input/output signal monitoring and remote monitoring capability. All Products are DIGITAL COMPLIANT and capable of transmitting analog and digital channels simultaneously. Some models are available in outdoor versions. Dual-redundant versions with automatic or manual switching are available in all models of this series.

High Power Series -- The High Power Transmitters and Repeaters have been designed for implementing single or multiple links of medium to long distance. Typical applications are a single 30 km link or four separate 25 km links. All products in this category have VHF input/output signal monitoring and remote monitoring capability. All products are DIGITAL COMPLIANT and capable of transmitting analog and/or digital channels simultaneously. All models in this series use state-of-the-art Gallium Arsenide power ampli?er technology and some incorporate sophisticated linearization technology. Dual-redundant versions with automatic or manual switching are available in all models of this series.

Very High Power Series -- The Very High Power products have been designed for implementing single or multiple long distance links. Typical applications are two 40 km links or four separate 30 km links. All products in this category have VHF input/output signal monitoring and remote monitoring capability. All products are DIGITAL COMPLIANT and capable of transmitting analog and/or digital channels simultaneously. All models in this series use high power ampli?ers with advanced feed-forward dual-loop linearization technology. Dual-redundant versions with automatic or manual switching are available in all models of this series.

Phase-Lock, Low-Noise Receivers -- Cable AML manufactures low noise, digital-ready, state of the art receivers in three versions: the IRX series for indoor operation, the ORX series for outdoor operation, and the SRX series configured with the down-converter mounted outdoors on the antenna feed, and the VHF processor located indoors. Cable AML receivers are digital-ready (64 QAM, QPSK, or other digital modulation formats) with low-noise distortion characteristics. Each receiver is phase-locked to the transmitter by a low phase noise CW pilot tone transmitted in the 72 to 76 MHz spectrum.
